Hello fellow PTA members!

As we have been going over the Spell-A-Thon pledge envelopes, we have been encouraged at those students who have obviously gone out of their way to enlist (financial) support for our PTA!   There is even a young student who will likely collect over $300 in pledges - she asked aunts and uncles and close family friends to not send her birthday presents, but rather to support her in the Spell-A-Thon!  There's vision for you!  

Unfortunately, there are several families who may not understand that this event is actually our Spring Fundraiser!! :(  If you happen to know of families who didn't support this important (EDUCATIONAL) fundraiser, who you believe would otherwise support our PTA (and therefore, our kids), PLEASE encourage them to support this fundraiser!  Even if the parents can not afford to send in a flat pledge of even just $5 or $10, they can still encourage their children to call a grandma, a piano teacher, etc.  We hope that we can enlist the help of all BOD members, as well as the Executive Committee and other involved members of PTA to support the PTA's Spring Fundraiser!  It's not too late to turn in pledge envelopes or just encourage people to turn in flat donations when they're due (Friday, March 3rd).

PLEASE help us support the PTA by supporting or encouraging others to support and catch the vision of the Spell-A-Thon/Read-A-Thon committee!  We're working HARD to create a positive and rewarding Spring Fundraiser!
