Hey everyone, don't forget to add your wonderful recipes to the RECIPES section on the website. What a great way to show off your culinary expertise! We all could use a little inspiration in the kitchen once in awhile. How great it would be to get inspiration from our friends. Post away! I'm looking forward to trying out some great new recipes FROM ALL OF YOU!

Heather,

Where did your Pumpkin Dip recipe go?  I saw it on here last week, now it's gone.  Do I have to call you?

It is there on the recipe page when I look. It is the second recipe down from the top called "Heather's Pumpkin Dip - Wednesday, November 02, 2005". Just in case you can't see it and need it now, here it is:

1/2 medium tub Cool Whip
1/2 small tub sour cream
One large can pumpkin pie mix
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all in bowl adjusting sugar and spices to taste. Server with fruit or cinnamon *tortilla chips. For a nice presentation, serve the chilled dip in a hollowed out small pumpkin.

*tortilla chips can be made by taking flour tortillas and cutting them into triangles, spritzing them with water, sprinkilng them with cinnimon-sugar then baking them at 350 until light-brown.
